Hating Your Life?

Okay so I'm dealing with a situation here. My friend hates her life... why? I'm not sure, I'm worried though. Hating your life can lead to suicide... but you know that makes me feel bad when she says that... that her life sucks and she hates it all because I try my best to make it worth living for her... your friends should be able to pull you through. Everyone goes through this even if you don't think so. Stop being sad :( I'm just, scared. Stop please :((

I Can Never Sleep on Sundays!

So it's Monday technically, it's 12:26am -___- Well this sucks. I'm slowly but surely building up my MAC makeup collection. I now have two eyeshadows and a blush. I have an eyeshadow in Woodwinked which is a really pretty antique gold, perfect for summer <3 and I just got a new one in Star Violet. It's SO pretty. It's a plummy brown SUCH a good fall color. That's why i wanted it :) I love the veluxe pearl finishes because i like the shimmery kind of look, but not like BAM! glitter look. Then I have a blush in Pink Swoon. It's sheertone. If you look at it on the MAC website it's really bright, but it's sheertone so its not as bright on your face as it is in the pan. I'm in love with all my MAC stuff :) I didn't actually realize that you could put pictures on here until i read my friend Erica's blog. So i think I might post my FOTD (face of the day) and OOTD (outfit of the day) on here instead of twitter. Because idk... i dont like twitpic. So I might start that tomorrow when I'm about to leave for school. What do you think? I think that'll keep me motivated for posting more. Sorry that my last post was so ranty... Being a Teenager Sucks.

Yeah I know, i haven't posted in awhile... I'm sorry D: but I have a good excuse: School, cheer, and oh yeah... LIFE. Yeah, life, it sucks pennies. Yeah, PENNIES. I mean every teenager goes through that phase where they feel like nobody gets them and they feel like un-accepted. Yeah well I've felt like that all of middle school. I don't act like it while I'm strutting down the hallway, or while I'm at lunch. Truth is, when I get home I'll sit at the computer listen to a sad song and have a good cry. Crying's good for you! All my friends are getting boyfriends, I'll admit it.... I'M JEALOUS. Sure, whatever it's middle school you don't really NEED a boyfriend but you want one... you know like a boat or something make sense? I know, I know. It's not like it's a REAL relationship what are you flipping over? Well I'm flipping over the fact that:
A. All my friends are changing their relationship status' on facebook and mines still: Single.
B. Everyones hanging all over their man candy while i'm sitting on the other side watching my best friends cuddle and wear their boyfriends jacket.
C. The person I like is single too. COME ON TAKE A HINT.
D. I get invited to the movies as a 3rd wheel.

Yeah, I'm sure there's one girl reading this that feels exactly the same as I do... it feels like crap, huh? Don't worry we'll be the cat's meow soon enough (;

Things I love

A while back I did a "My Pet Peeves" post. So I figured I should do a things I love post :)

1. I love it when a teacher says "Look at Jenna, she's doing exactly what she's supposed to be doing."
2. I love it when people are mean to me because I can woop their butt with a wicked A comeback.
3. I love it when people call me a bitch... because it doesn't offend me in any way. I was named after a dog... so you're calling me a dog. Ok good for you.
4. I love it when people say I have ra ra ra rockin hair.
5. I LOVE it when teachers think i'm not paying attention and I own them.
6. I love watching girl drama.... its really funny.
7. I love sitting in my pajamas all day.

New Things.

It's always great to try new things... right? I love trying new things... if I never tried new things I never would of liked sushi the way I do, I never would love the thrill of roller coasters like I do. My skin would never be clear like it almost is now, my hair wouldn't be (and I hate to brag) the compliment grabber it is. And I never would of loved cheer as much as I do.

So always always always try new things. Even if it seems insane. Well I mean if it's drugs or something THATS A DIFFERENT STORY. Jeeze... has school taught you nothing?? :p


Anywho here's just an update: Cheer starts next week, I'm getting my haircut tomorrow, I'm addicted to The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess... AGAIN, I can't sleep because I watched a marathon of "I Survived" seriously, watch and episode you'll see why. My blowdryer caught on fire, I thought there was a murderer in my house today, and I really want to make another makeup tutorial.

Yup that's it... I'm gonna go play Legend of Zelda now. Byebye

Cheer, School, and Makeup.

So tomorrow I have to turn in my paperwork for cheer, which I miss terribly. I haven't cheered 3 years. Almost 4. That's way too long. I love cheer so much. :) I allows me to yell at the top of my stomach (Yes... stomach you NEVER cheer with your throat.) I can't wait to stretch and kick and split and yell and run and dance. Shaking my pom poms like there's no tomorrow and showing the other team up with our superiority :p and awesomeness. I don't know how well my friend is going to take to cheer. She seems to really wanna do it. Cheer is harder than you think. Oh trust me it's more that "GO TEAMMMMM" and all that jazz. It's really stressful. BUUUUUUT i <3 it.

Makeup, I think i've found my obsession (well... other that loving cheer :p) Anywho, next week when I get my allowance I'm gonna order some things from E.L.F a lot of people bash on E.L.F because I guess they expect it to be the most amazing thing in the world. Okay, most of the stuff on their website is under $5.00 which is amazing. But I wanna try it out for myself. I'm ordering a fan brush and tinted moisturizer, coral lip gloss, a pretty blush and ivory cream liner. And all that was 12 dollars. So plus shipping ($6.95) its $18.95. But who knows I may change the order.

Schoooooool ew that's pretty much all I gotta say.

For a Friend.

If you're reading this and it doesn't make sense you aren't the friend I'm talking about. Listen here darling. I may not know much about boys but I know one thing. Nothing they do in elementary, middle, and part of high school is serious. You can't take ANY boys seriously and you never know if they REALLY matured or if they're just saying that. Your heart can't be broken in middle school it's just starting to grow. It's like when you were a baby and your teeth would grow in and it would hurt really bad but eventually they'd fall out and you get bigger and stronger teeth. I know I've had, what, one boyfriend? And I can't give much advice, but I hate seeing you like this. All weepy eyed... instead of bright eyed and bushy tailed like your usual peppy self. Don't let that guy you dated in middle school carry out with you for the rest of your life. Forgive and forget. Instead of you forgiving him, make him forgive you. Because let's face it the guy's a man whore. You're too pretty, too nice, you have too much of a great personality to let HIM get you upset. His name drives me nuts. I don't know about you but whenever I hear his name come up i slouch. Not because i'm sick of hearing about him. But because I know he hurt you. Seeing that pain in your eyes... makes me wanna kick him. So be surrounded by your good friends and don't let that ass--tronaut get you down. Because one day he'll grow up and realize that he was so much better when he was with you, and you'll be taken.

Pet Peeves.

We all have pet peeves right? I have A LOT!


1. I hate it when people say "I TOLLLLLLDDD YOUUUUU," when I didn't even doubt them.
2. I hate it when my bedspread has wrinkles in it... I have to iron it or i go insane.
3. I hate it when someone gives you a compliment and you feel forced to give one back.
4. I hate it when teachers hover over me to make sure I'm doing my work.
5. I hate it when teachers call on you when you don't have your hand up.
7. I hate how my parents think there's rapists on every corner allowing me to go 0 places alone.
8. I hate how my pillow gets all flat so I have to flip it over every 5 minutes.
9. I hate how the photographers manage to get everyones picture perfect but mine.
10. I hate how people think cheer always involves doing cartwheels and back handsprings.
11. I hate it when people don't believe you when you say you don't like anyone.
12. I hate it when people think I'm weird when they know nothing about me.
13. I hate how Xylophone is the only word I can think of that starts with an "X"
14. I hate how Disney has taken over the world.
15. I hate the concept of 2012, THE WORLD ISN'T GOING TO END ,IDIOTS.

Jealousy...

Is it wrong that I get jealous really easily? Because I do, I mean I have a lot of old friends that used to hate each other... and now they're like "BFF". I don't really care... but I'm jealous? Does that make sense? Whatever, maybe they secretly hate each other.... hahaha! Anywhoosles, I went to TJMaxx today because I needed some new lamps. I got some really cute ones (: they're like a brushed nickel with little "distressed" green leaves and cute little birds and branches with little sparkly jems on the end. So I guess you could say that the lamp is basically a tree... but it's going to go super-de-duperely well with my new room which I'm slowly decorating. The theme right now is blue... and... polka dots. Well actually its sort of mixed at the moment and doesn't have a theme really... but it will be pink, blue, cherry blossoms, and little birds. So I have lamps with birds a jewelry rack with birds and a cute picture i got with a bird on it that says "Sing" because you know... like birds tweet and "sing"?
But yeahhhhh i have a pore strip on right now... cuz my nose. is. dis. as. ter. ous. OMG i just took it off. Ew. dont ever look at it after you take it off... you know what I'm sayin? Jeeze my nose hurts now... it didn't hurt to take it off though.... Biorè... good stuff. I'm watching Lizzie Mqguire... my absolute FAVORITE show.

Breakouts Are Evil

Breakouts suck. I'm currently attempting to clear all the toxins out of my skin with lemon water, and soon green tea. I just learned a valuable technique called face mapping. I'm breaking out on my forehead, nose, ears, and eyebrow area.
Forehead- breaking out on your forehead may mean that you are not eating enough healthy foods and your water intake is poor. Which is true... considering it's summer.
Eyebrow area- breaking out near your eyebrow area could mean that you eat out too much and that your late night snacking caught up to you. Which is true... considering it's summer.
Ears- You most likely drink too much caffeine and your salt intake is bad. I drink things with caffeine everyday... or I get super bad headaches I guess I can slowly cut down.
Nose- Breakouts along your nose indicate high blood pressure. High blood pressure runs in the family... for me. But high blood pressure is also linked to salt intake.

I'm trying my best to fix all of these issues with my diet and water intake. So there you have it. Expect another post tomorrow :)

Happy Fourth!

Happy Fourth Of July! Oh my I love this holiday, it's so..... thrilling. The fireworks exploding in the sky and everyone giving out their, OOOOOO's and Ahhhhhh's. Every year after the finale our hill catches fire and a helicopter has to come to extinguish the fire :D. Any who the side of my face decided to have a mini breakout. Lovely.
I decided my room needed to be very organized so i got a bunch of organizing systems and drawers and its reallllly clean now. I have a really big dream. Im 3 years (913 days) when i get my license i'm going to pile my friends into my car and we are gonna drive to the beach with the top down and blast cheesy music like Barbie Girl XD
Katy's back today! She's coming over to hang out at 5 :) But it's time for me to go because i really need to get ready...

Oh Yeah.

Wow I was so busy ranting and such.... that i forgot to mention stuff about myself. Brown hair, brown eyes, long legs, a little more than average height. I live with my whole family brother, mom, dad, yellow lab, black lhasa apso <-- btw that is like a shit tzu... but cuter... and mines the adorable runt of the little and black lhasa's are rare o.O I love her with all my heart.
My bed is not big enough to accommodate both my dog and me. My tv is a princess tv -_____- but im lucky enough to have one so i wont complain about that. I have a tiffany lamp that was i think a wedding present for my mom... I only have it because my other light is LED and isnt bright enough and it looks like my room is lit for me to die. Luckly I can redo my room next year Welp. I should go...

Oh No!!!!!!!! My HAIR!!

What have I done? School pictures were going to be perfect and now, nope... no chance. Cut my bangs as I usually do every month and I was being ambitious and thought I could pull off the uber short asian sweeps. WRONG. They look fine... there's just a part thats a tad to short. You live, you learn. Bangs are trial and error. So now I have 2 errors against me. Well, you're probably wondering, "Erm, why dont you just get them cut at a salon?" Simple. I don't want to. Why should I go to a salon every month or so and pay 20 bucks for some chick who flunked beauty school to cut my bangs when I could just save money? If I'm ever going to live up to ONE of my dreams (being a hair stylist) I'm gonna need some practice right?

Anywho, I'm watching food network as I type and I love the current show I'm watching. Anne Barell? I think her name is? She's freaking hilarious! I love Alton Brown though... we are going to get married one day. HAHAHA just kidding, he's old, but dude... you can't deny the awesomeness of Alton Brown. He's bomb. He's bomb. So Alton if you're reading this, which you probably aren't haha I FREAKING LOVE YOU DUDE!

Hm, cooking. Reminds me of the soup I made today. It was so gooooood. Recipe listed below :)

Half of one onion

One whole bell pepper (any color :)

Crimini Mushrooms (as many as you want)

Chicken Bouillon. I'm using chicken bouillon because it has much better flavor than regular old chicken broth or stock (and yes, there is a difference!!)

Put oil of choice (Preferably olive or vegetable) in a large pot, I mean like a stock pot you know? Not like a saucepan. And put in your onions, add garlic salt, and a pinch of salt. Sweat. Sweating is cooking aromatics over low heat. so For the first minute or so saute it but then turn down the heat to low and let it cook for 7 or 8 minutes DON'T TOUCH IT.

So now while you're waiting choppy chop the bell pepper doesn't really matter how you chop it... youre gonna blend it anyway. Just make sure you get all those seeds out as well as you can. Also while you're waiting boil some water in a medium saucepan. Enough water to alllllmost fill the pot, but not quite. Your sweat should be done now so turn up zee heat and add the bell peppers and mushrooms. Boiling water? You're going to have to add bouillon to taste. So go for the taste that is not too salty but not too bland. Turn off the heat and add some pepper in the bouillon. When the onions in the pot have started browning you know you're ready to add the broth. SLOWLY add the bouillon, cover, and bring to a boil. Once you've gotten to a boil turn the heat down to a simmer and let cook for about 10 minutes. Once your ten minutes are up remove from the heat and blend. either with a blender or with a stick blender. I used a stick blender. And blend till smooth. add pepper to taste. Delicious, no?

First Post.

So... I'm just a girl. Just your regular, teenage, average Jolee. I have passions... no talents, no bf.. in case you're wondering. ;) Eh, i'm just a girl trying to make it big on the internet... i've been making Youtube videos for about 2 years now. Have 57 lovely subscribers. Not to be greedy.... but I want more :( I feel as if no matter what I do... I'll never make an impression on the world.

Anyway... I'm making this so I can share my life. 180 characters isn't enough for me. ;) My life is utter insanity. 8th grade... yikes.. psyched, afraid, backing off. I'm really scared, believe it or not. I have NO idea how I'm going to survive high school after 8th grade. I could barely handle 7th grade... Math=my worst enemy. Not only do i HATE it... I stink at it, i had a C-. Which is definitely a grade i'm ashamed of. I need a tutor. So i can get all A's. I mean i have before, but i want all A's for 8th grade...

Anyway, I've got the friends I need to get me through. Which brings me to the point of bad friends. Here we go, a novel. Not to toot my own horn, but I'm pretty good at writing them. TOOT TOOT!

So in the past i've had friends that are liars and fakes. I've even had a friend that thought she was an alien... weird I know. Third grade, what can I say? Anyyyy who, I look for a lot of things in friends... kindness is basically my number one. I HATE people who think they're better than everyone else, Who are deceiving and narcissistic. What makes me superly mad is the fact that most of the people that are like that.... aren't even GOOD at the skill that they claim they have.

"I'm smart." Well woo hoo to you... where will that get you? Nobody wants a "smart" person breathing down their neck 24/7 telling them, "You're doing this wrong, you're doing that wrong," BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. Do you really think correcting me is going to get you some where? Do I care? No. Did I use all my wishes from the Genie wishing you went away? Yup. Huh? Oh what's that? Genies don't exist? I also hate people that think I'm dumb. I'm not. I have more wits than anyone you'll ever meet. Sheck yes. I totally just made that up... sheck.. i kinda like it :) Back to how I'm not dumb. Oh yeah, so sure, I may not have "all A's" but that doesn't mean I didn't learn the EXACT same material as you in school. I study my buttocks harder than anyone you'll meet. Winter borns, such as myself, have trouble in school. It's a proven fact. We have to work twice as hard as anyone else to get by. Sure I may not of gotten a 98% on the test, but i know the material like the back of my hand. Truth is, tests gimme the creeps... I freak when a test is placed in front of me. A million and five thoughts probably go through my head. I also freak out when a teacher calls on me. I hate getting an answer wrong... I hate it. I hate the humiliation of a teacher saying, "Incorrect." I hate how the class will look at you weird or occasionally snigger. Don't look at me with that vacillating look on your face. You know what I said. If my hand isn't up. That means I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER. Didn't they teach you anything at college. Hand up, yes. Hand down, no. I hate school, almost as much as I hate bananas... which I hate a lot.
